HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
As all the products are customized and we need to design and manufacture to provide customers 100% high quality products and make everyone satisfied with it.All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 to 7 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 7-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. If you didn't receive, contact us via support@soulinjewellery.com.

What extra precautions are in place at the warehouse?

It has been determined that the likelihood of being exposed to Covid-19 through shipped items is very low. We are taking all necessary precautions in accordance with the guidelines set by the CDC and WHO.
