Find a string, thread, ribbon, or a thin strip of paper
Wrap it around your finger and tighten the wrap until you can't anymore

Use a pen to mark the spot where the string or paper overlaps.

Cleaning Tarnished Stainless Silver Plating
Use a silver polishing cloth to remove oxidation from silver. Tissues and paper towels can cause scratches. We recommend using a Sunshine Cloth. Be sure to use fresh cloths since the dirt and grit left on the cloth from a previous use can leave scrapes and pits. Use light pressure and allow the cloth to do the work for you. If your arm starts to ache, you’re probably pressing too hard.
Matters need attention
- Always remove jewelry before showering or cleaning. A film can form if soap or cleaning agents are not washed off completely. This film will become a magnet for dirt, dust and other contaminants.
- Never clean your jewelry in bleach! Doing this will literally breakdown your jewelry. Bleach is an oxidizing agent that will react to the metal, causing it to become very brittle.
- Never use toothpaste or other abrasives to clean metal. Some websites recommend toothpaste as a cleaner, but this is not an accepted practice by fine jewelers. The abrasives in toothpaste can damage the surface of the metal.

We ship worldwide. A flat rate of USD 0.99 is charged for all orders over $50, regardless of location.

ORDER PROCESS
To make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, we process orders within 1-2 business days,
*Custom piece ships in 10-15 business days, and they are shipped the following business day.
SHIPPING TIME
For US orders, it usually takes 7-15 business days to receive the product after we processed the order. For orders outside of US, it usually takes 15-20 business days to receive the package.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
TRACKING
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

DELIVERY
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, lots of orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
What happens if I still not receive my order after 30 days?
Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your parcel status. Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can immediately refund you.
