Refund policy

We facilitate our customers with 15 business days Return(Personalized product not included).

Exchange/return steps:
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

2. Provide order number and e-mail
3. Explain the reason for return or exchange. If it is quality problem or received wrong product please provide photo
4. Please contact customer service to provide return address
5. Pack items securely in small boxes or padded mail. If available, please use the original packaging.
6. After returning the goods, please remember the logistics tracking number and provide it to the customer service
Once the item is received at our warehouse, our team will process your return/exchange.

 Your package has been delivered (Unused):
Within 15 business days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Processing Time

1.Please allow up to 15 business days for your items to be received and processed.

2.Once the item is received at our warehouse, scanned into inventory, you will be refunded for the item back to your account you required.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.

 RETURN SHIPPING FEE

Please be noticed that the return shipping fee is not covered by Soulinjewellery.com. In addition, though our return policy is in full effect, your original shipping costs are not included as refundable.

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service in advance, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 15 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@soulinjewellery.com
