Shipping Policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, and select countries worldwide. You will receive your order in 10-15 business days from the date that it is placed by the Standard shipping method.

SHIPPING FEE
Standard shipping fee: $4.95
We offer free shipping for orders over $50 anywhere in the world.

ORDER CUTOFF TIME
Before 1AM (PST) zone in business day(5*24 Hours)

ORDER PROCESS
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. 
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

SHIPPING TIME
For US orders, it usually takes 7-15 business days to receive the product after we processed the order. For orders outside of US, it usually takes 15-20 business days to receive the package.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

TRACKING
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

DELIVERY
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, lots of orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

What happens if I still not receive my order after 30 days?
Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your parcel status. Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can immediately refund you.

About tax
Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and are subject to national laws. If the goods cannot be received normally due to other tax issues such as customs duties, please contact the local customs for customs clearance and tax information. soulinjewellery is not responsible for any tax invoices charged by its products
